1. Return Process Overview

We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and efficiently. All returns are evaluated in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Before Returning an Item:

  • Contact our Customer Care team for approval.
  • Do not ship any items without an authorized return ticket.

2. Return Procedure

Once your return is approved:

Packaging Requirements:

  • Include all original components, packaging, and instructions.
  • Place a copy of your receipt inside the package.
  • Use adequate padding (padded parcel bags required).
  • Always use a tracked shipping method.

Note: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Poorly packaged returns may be refused.

After We Receive Your Return:

  • We inspect the product and described fault.
  • If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a refund is processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Eligibility for Refunds, Replacements, or Repairs

We provide remedies when products are:

  • Defective, faulty, or not of acceptable quality
  • Significantly different from their description or sample
  • Unfit for a specified purpose discussed at purchase

Required: Valid proof of purchase for all returns.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds or exchanges are provided for:

  • Change of mind or circumstances
  • Finding cheaper alternatives elsewhere

Special Notes:

  • Report cosmetic damage within 48 hours of delivery (photos/videos may be required).
  • Batteries and E-Liquid are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
  • Products with broken tamper-proof seals are ineligible.

5. Unused Product Returns

You may return new, unused items within 14 days of receipt without reason.

Requirements:

  • Notify Customer Care or a Store Manager.
  • Return items within 14 days of notification.
  • You cover return shipping costs.

6. Promotional Items & Price Adjustments

Promotional Returns:

  • All items included in the promotion must be returned.
  • Missing promotional items will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping charges for non-defective returns are non-refundable.

Price Adjustments:

  • Honored within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Excludes holiday specials, promotions, and clearance items.
  • Issued as store credit.

7. Policy on Customs Confiscation

We do not issue refunds for packages confiscated by customs.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • You have read your country’s vaping regulations.
  • You accept the risk of confiscation for non-compliant items.
  • We are not liable for losses related to customs seizures.
